Cheers All!
Scott here, brewin in central NC.

Had my first taste of homebrew over twenty-five years ago, you shoud've seen the look on our faces when we were offered this susspicious concoction, but, it turned out to be pretty darn good, even for a kit, after all. So, from that time on I have been into the brewing thang. I got my feet wet with mead and went on from there, brewing off and on ever since.
It really has, just recently, become an obsession. When the bug bites it bites big time!

I brew on the basic 10g kettle/cooler w/banjo burner system. Thinking real hard about going electric with the brewtroller, any input would be greatly appreciated. Currently using a fridge for both serving and ferm control, but working on a ferm chamber.
Not a huge hophead, more of a malt guy, but I can get into a well made IPA, currently drinking the torpedo.
Love the kinship this hobby breeds, and the BN can't be beat!

Cheers
Scott

If you haven't checked out the show, there was a Sunday Session with the guy from http://www.theelectricbrewery.com/ . His system was more self built I think than what you are looking for, but might be good to look at.

Thanks Spider, I will have to give that a look, the more I think about it the better an idea is seems to be! I am pretty electronically challanged, and really more interested in an improvement in the beer, but I have spoken with Jason, and he seems pretty willing to help me through the process. :|
