Hi all, now I listen to the BN and read the forum but have not had said hello. so now it's done;-) I'm from Denmark and all grain brewing for well over a year now. I make 5 gallons at the time.

Yes there are some really good breweries here that Denmark is not so large so I take the whole country .. Mikeller, Midtfyns brewery just to name a few..
there is a great home brew forum here in Denmark, and strong bonds between us all
And we have probably 5 home brew shops .. so it's ok
