Howdy!
I just joined up a few weeks ago. I'm the head brewer for a tiny place on the Western Slope of Colorado called the Gunnison Brewery (located in Gunnison, CO, no doubt). I've never done any brewing outside of the commercial sector, but my system is only 2.5bbls so some of you luckier (read: wealthier) folk can probably brew on about the same size, though with less frequency. Anywho, glad to be here and hope to share/gain plenty of knowledge.
