Greetings from the land of the rising sun. I work for the Navy in Japan and have been listening for a while, just getting around to posting here in the forum. I started brewing in college almost 18 years ago, took a break for about 17 years and have started again the begining of this year.
With space being a premium here, I'm brewing extract right now but I'm working on building my brew house and going all grain.
