Brewer in Portland

Fri Jul 07, 2006 12:30 pm

Hey y'all.

I'm out of Portland, Oregon. I've been brewing off and on for the last 5 years. I discovered your Sunday show podcast a couple of months ago. Already I've brewed more in the last 2 months than I did the last 2 years. Thanks for inspiring me to get back at it! Although now it's becoming an obsession...

I'm going to be in Portland for a week in August. Any good suggestions for tasty beer or quality brew pub?

Check out the map in the at http://www.guestontap.com/ (look for the larger map button).

My recommendation is the Concordia Ale house, the HorseBrass and the Rose & Raindrop for a selection of the world's finest beers.

I'm sure even the gay bars have great beer here in Portland. Maybe Justin can tell us more about that?
