Hello from Edmond, Oklahoma!

Hey guys!
I have been brewing extract/partial grain since 2001 but I am about to make the transition to all grain brewing.
I am currently setting up my brew stand and cooler mash tun. I may need some advice and help as I go.
In the past I have brewed: Porter, IPA, Rye IPA, Pale Ale, Cinnamon Honey Pale Ale, Scotch Ale, Winter Warmer, Pumpkin Ale, Chocolate Coffee Oatmeal Stout.
All of these came out great! For future brews, I want to try to brew some belgian styles. Maybe even experiment a bit with Brettanomyces and some sour styles.

Currently I am considering making a perforated stainless false bottom for my 70qt Coleman Xtreme 5 day cooler.
I already have a CPVC manifold for it but I am thinking the perf stainless will give me better efficiency.

Welcome. I have Coleman 70 qt cooler too but just have the braided hose, but it works great.
You wouldn't be related to Rick Burleson, the former Red Sox shortstop would you? That would be cool? :)
