MD guy listened and liked what I heard!

Love both the Jamil show and the Live show, they are a weekly download to my iPod. I've learned a lot in the 4 months I've been brewing but have been listening now for about a month and cannot thank you guys enough for all the information!

I'm just staring out, 3 extract, 1 mini-mash and so far 3 all-grain, in that order and each beer is better than the last. My biggest improvments so far have come from switching from partial boil to full boil. Hopefully the all-grain will yield some improvements as well. Jamil's recommendation is coming next with a frig and fermwrap heater to control fermentation temperatures.

I loved to Dan Gordon shows, and am coming out to Las Vegas for a wedding and do plan on stopping at Gordon Biersch for some tasty lager.

Thanks for a great show and keep up the brewing!

Welcome, Team Tom!

If I may suggest to you as a new brewer... download the archives of the first two Jamil shows.

You'll thank me later.

You might even end up sending him a free beer or two in thanks.

Team Tom,
What part of the Eastern shore are you in? I live outside Chestertown, not much brewing right now, but once August comes around, I hope to start breing again, I got 3 months to make up for and it would be nice to brew with someone who was not my dog, my uninterested wife or my overly interested 2 year old.
