Hello beer world,
I am Alex Bray, a college student in Johnson City, Tn at ETSU. I am 21, goin on 22, and i have been homebrewing like crazy, making wild recipes. Ive gotten into it so much, that i atually want to learn the microbrew process, something on the 3bbl-5bbl size system. I have been formulating a business plan on a small brewpub that focuses around wacky pizza, wacky sandwiches, and wackier beer. I want to learn the small scale brewing process, in order to be able to set out and fulfill my dream. I plan on opening my brewpub in the next 5 years around the Nashville college area (I am from there). If anyone has any suggestions or could help with information on an internship or the business itself, it would be greatly appreciated.
