A greeting from Denmark.
I have been brewing for about a year. I first helped a friend and his brother on a oat meal stout and when I saw a 27L electrically heated pot in a supermarket I thought: why not give it a go? It's made for making jams and preserves, but a pot is a pot.
To date I have only made six batches because I have a handicapped son who "steals" a lot of my time. I can only brew when he is not at home.
I have tried different styles of beer but my to English style ales are by far the best. One wasn't ready for the Danish championships, but I have had one of the judges taste it afterwards and he told that it would have placed high in it's category. To bad I was to late.
Latest brew is a bit of a mixup. It would be something like an American, Czech, Belgian, German wheat. German and chech malts, german and american hops and then spiced with bitter orange and coriander.
