I'm going to be in northern Chile for ~8 weeks starting next month and I'm looking for a place to pick up ingredients in Santiago. Anyone have any updates on this?
In santiago you have: prost.cl mundocervecero.cl minicerveceria.cl almacencervecero.cl
and about 3 others, but these seem to have the best stock. I've put them in my own order of preference based on how easy they are to get a hold of and how willing they are to attend to customers. I usually have to put together recipes from at least two shops to get the ingredients I want.
