I've been in cider for, well, for 31 years. Its when you get in Cyser that she tells me to stop drinking. If I could just get her to pull the bung.

Anyway, thanks, I'll take a gander at the mead presentation, in the mean time, I am going to put another cider on the shelf tonight, a different brand of apple juice this time, its pure, no preservatives, but the filtered kind.

Oh, and by the way, as I'm walking down the juice isle, I noticed that there is cranberry-everything juice, and I mean EVERYTHING. I didn't realize it paid to be a cranberry farmer these days. Even the grape juice had cranberries in it.
Home Brewing Biography: Home brewing? I have extensive knowledge and experience in home brewing. Most every cup of coffee I have ever drank was brewed at home. In a percolator coffee pot. Have you seen one? Skype - JDWebb61 if you want to talk brewing!
