I live in Southeast MI 45 years old married with one kid (son 21yrs old) and have been brewing since 2010 on my kitchen stove doing extracts recipes (I thought they were good beers...LoL). Then in November 2012 I found a guy at work that was a homebrewer, not only that he was the president of the Motor City Mashers brew club. I started sharing my beers with the club and found out my beers were not that good . They have help me out alot and then turned me on to the Brewing Network in Oct. 2013. listening to the Jamil show from day one, my brain is overloaded with 7yrs of info in about 5 months. However, I'm making and drinking way better beers then I ever did. Also I no longer brew on my kitchen stove I have invested in a pico brewing system. I have picked up a lot of hobbies in my life, but brewing beer and playing the guitar is definitely at the top. Well that is my brewing story, will be going to my first NHC conference in Grand Rapids MI, 2014 hope to see you all there. We will have a club bar set up for club night, and we also are doing I believe its called a hospitality suite can't wait.
