I get my burners from: http://www.bayouclassicdepot.com

if you need a stand (I just bolt plain burners ($11) on to my existing stand), check out: http://www.bayouclassicdepot.com/index. ... ct_id=1614

That'll get yer wort boiling in no time!

My brewclub flew down to Philly last summer for our annual beer trip. That was a good time. Yard, Nodding Head, Monk's, Eulogy. Kick arse! I just wish we had time for Victory.

Portly,
We, as homebrewers, can tolerate enough but when he showed up to a meeting in his crotchless ballerina costume with a six pack of Miller Lite, that was way out of line. Miller Lite at a homebrew meeting? What the hell has the world come to?

Darin

Aww yuck! Now that's some imagery I didn't need to have in my mind. A Miller Lite can! That's obscene.

Actually I just bought a burner from my LHBS yesterday, that and a Nut Brown Ale kit. Looks like I'll be brewing my first batch on Saturday, I am so psyched. Maybe a year from now I'll actually know what the hell I'm doing.

Keystone Homebrew, what a great bunch of guys. Jason, the co-owner(?), spent a ridiculous amount of time with me yesterday just helping me out.

I totally agree, Keystone is a great place. the turds there actually like my Koelsch I brought there last time. They are really helpful there, and got us going in no time. I'd like to check out the club up there.
