only bottled the banananananana beer a week ago, but the sample i took for the FG tasted really good. i was aiming for something similar to the wells brewery banana bread beer which my dad loves and i like as well. it looks like it has stayed a bit hazy, but as long as it tastes good i'm not going to worry about that.(banana weizen?) i'll post the recipe if you're interested. couldn't find any banana beer recipes anywhere so i had to take a few cues from the winemaking world and fit it around beer making.
