Hello from Pensacola

Tue Mar 03, 2015 8:43 pm

Hello everyone,

My name is Ray. I have been brewing for around 1 1/2 years. My favorite style is the Belgian Quad. I have been into those ever since I went the Abbey at Westvletern. I am looking forward to being on this forum and learning as much as I can from it. I have recently started to "automate" my system, so I will be looking for help on that in this forum. Again thanks for having me here and I am looking forward to being here. Thanks

Ray

Welcome. I have some 2 year old home-brewed quad saved in the back of my fridge that I break out on special occasions along with some Boulevard Sixth Glass and Boulevard BBQ. You'll learn a lot from the BN. It has bee one of the biggest factors in helping me make great beer. Cheers!

Welcome. You will learn a lot here. Don't be afraid to ask questions. There are a lot of talented brewers here. (Not me, mind you.)

Welcome! I used to live in Pensacola a couple years ago, but now live in Atlanta.

Keep us updated on the automated system.
