I just got a blichmann floor burner i cant wait to try. My last burner took one hour and twenty minutes to boil 6gal of water. I hope those days are gone. I also got a johnson temp controller for my freezer that i put a collar on so i can fit 5 kegs in it but didnt set it up yet. I just finished reading Tasting Beer by Randy Mosher last weekend. Its a good book and i recommend it. I then started How To Brew by John Palmer. Real good so far. Its hard to find time to read with a 8yr old and a 14 month old but im managing. I have 5 more books to read yet. I hope to start all grain brewing this summer. I think i'm going to build my own single tier stand. Working in a welding fabrication shop makes that easy. Im drinking a " brotha from anotha mother" from Widmer Brothers. Its a great beer, A Bavarian Hefeweizen. Well im going to unpack my new burner. See ya.
