Haven't been brewing a terribly long time. We have a vineyard and have been making wine a few years. Starting a winery next year and are very seriously considering adding a nano-brewery to the operation.
Currently we have an American Ale and Whiskey barrel Stout in the fermenters.
I'm trying to get all the info I can on brewing systems, recipes and equipment that I can. I am sure this is the place to be and I appreciate any and all advice. If anyone wants to point me to the right forums I would really appreciate it. I don't want to clutter up the forum by being in the wrong place.
