Thanks again for all the welcomes & suggestions, I've definitely packed my bags for an indefinite stay in the Madhouse :twisted: . I've been using the search feature with abandon over the past few days to look for answers to questions that I'm sure have already been discussed. Definitely a great tool. Thanks for the suggestion, gwk453! :wink:

First official Brew Day is in the works! Off to NYC & DC for work & a visit this Friday. Should be back to brew in mid October. Realized I made a mistake earlier when I mentioned I would be doing BIAB. This newbie is still familiarizing himself with all the HB jargon. I'll be starting out with an Organic Red Ale Mash-Extract Kit from 7 Bridges Cooperative. I'll plan to share the process, progress or lack thereof with y'all...& hopefully some tasting quotes from buddies :shock:
