Using a recipe I saw on hbt:
10.5 lbs pale
1lb c60
1lb victory malt
58oz of libby's pumpkin mix baked @350 for 45-60mins
2 oz hallertau (60 & 5)
1.5 tbs mccormicks pumpkin pie spice
1lb brown sugar (@60mins)
WLP001 (made starter last night)
Brewing tomorrow afternoon. Right after I finish that mash tun build (might also drill the kettle and install the valve, thought that may wait for another weekend.)
