I'm moderately active on HBT and am brewing all-grain on a ghetto cooler MLT setup with a 9 gallon kettle (stainless, but no ports or any fancy stuff). I got gold and bronze in local comps this spring for my Best Bitter. Next up is a Belgian Golden Strong while my basement is still warm enough.
I just thought I should put my intro here now that I'm a 1st class. I'm not listening live often -- I tried once and learned that Daniella was long gone!
