Hi from Sydney

Wed Sep 05, 2012 2:11 am

Just wanted to introduce myself. I I've been lurking for a couple of months now and have been a BN listener for 4 years. Just registered today. The I've been brewing for 10 years, and all grain for 8. I used to frequent the aussiehomebrewer forums but have lost interest due to the squabbling that goes on there.

I also used to have a beer blog www.thebeerdiary.com which is still live, although I don't keep it active these days.

Welcome! Are you big on the ciders over beer, or just your name?

I like Cider as well as beer. I have that in my handle as its also my twitter id. My main interest is home brew, but I have an interest in a commercial cider orchard whch is still a couple of years away from developing product.

Oh and yes, my name is Tim!

Welcome!!

Sorry to hear about the Aussie forum. We've had several here that I've left for the same reason ( the green board, Beer Advocate, etc. ).

We will never shun you, as long as you follow the Brewer's Code!! :bnarmy: :asshat:
