Hello from Dunedin

Been listening to the archives so figured it would be a good idea to join the forum

Only been brewing about 10 months, mostly Brew in a Bag.

Feel free to give us a shout or any suggestions.

On Deck; Count ding dong and inbred ding dong, belgian dark strong with/out brett.
Building; single tier brew system

Welcome! I'm hoping to do some single hop beers with some southern hemi hops soon!

just ordered the grains and hops for an english IPA using only nelson sauvin hops.
