Hello From Oregon

Sat Aug 04, 2012 3:46 am

Hello.. been brewing now for about a year and have made some great ales. I am now in a transition to all grains and am always looking for advice. I find that making beers is fun and has a great reward at the end... :jnj

My cat, Shadow, watches my every step in brewing. As of yet he hasn't decided to "try" my beer but he is very interested. Hence the account name.

My GF loves hoppy ales and encourages me to look into starting my own small brewery. She is even willing to give up some of her garden space to start some Hops. :D

Thanks.

[internal dialogue] DAMNIT. Why does it always fall on me to inform people new to the forum that it is sufficient to start ONE thread to introduce themselves and say hi, or ONE thread to ask whatever brewing question they have.... Probably just because I'm on here a lot, an it bothers me more than anyone else... [/internal dialogue]

Hey Cat... just so you know for the future, the forum has a 'View Active Topics' button that will allow everyone to see new posts, so you only need to start one thread, it will still get seen. Cheers! :drink
