Hello all

Fri Jan 06, 2012 4:20 pm

Hi guys, Im Scott. I am 24 and have been brewing for several years. Did 3 partial mash brews and upgraded to all-grain. Been cranking out brews about twice a month for the past 2.5-3 years. I am a mechanic, but with a little luck hope to soon open a brewpub with a couple of business partners. I currently live in NM but am planning to get out of here soon. Thats about all the information I have for you all :)

Hey Scott! Good to hear from ya! Where are you planning on opening the brewpub, if all goes well?

Well, thats sort of up in the air at the moment. We are finding the best potential markets in some of the larger east Texas cities, specifically Austin.

We are currently just working on our business plan and whatnot. Once that gets all done we plan to move somewhere the market looks good and go for it.
