I've only been brewing for a couple of months and a freind of mine told me to listen to The Jamil show & said I should register here and read to learn more. So here I am! :jnj

Where do you live? We have a little nexus of brewers here in Dana Estates, including the world-renowned Jason Petros, aka JP, Jipper etc.
