Beer Snob turning Brewer, have wanted to brew some beer for a long time now.
I got a chance to head down to Oregon this spring, and fell in love with all the Brew Pubs there (Fort George in Astoria has to be my fav).
This pretty much sealed the deal on me brewing and figured I would start in the fall, which is now.
I hope to be brewing this week for my first time!
I am a information junkie, and the Brewing Network is great, I found The Brewing Network about a month ago, and
I am slowly working my way through the archived sessions...I think I am on 15 now. Anyway.....
