Long time fan of the shows/site- but after spending the last few years overseas (India- where I did brew once), recently relocated to the Bay Area (San Jose).
Looking forward to making it out to some of the events-
My first brew back is a belgian- going strong and at 1.02 after two weeks fermenting. I'm thinking I'll give it a little more time and try to get it a few points lower- but hard to wait.
