Hello from Vermont

Mon Sep 25, 2006 7:10 am

I stumbled across this forum while searching the interent for topics on cold pitching lager yeast techniques. I've been an avid homebrewer since 1991, and converted to AG in 1999.

Until a few months ago, I was exclusively an ale maker, now I'm delving into the pleasures of making clean, crisp, lager beers 10 gallons at a time.

Cheers!

Welcome aboard. I think if you lok through the archives, I think you might find a show about yeast pitching.

Hmm... I'm not sure the Brewing Network has any input on cold pitching lager yeast... or warm pitching for that matter... I think you are out of luck.

But welcome anyways!

(Of course I am kidding... don't want to confuse the new guy with a TBN inside joke)

Welcome to the zoo! You should be able to find some good stuff in the archives. I think the shows with Chris White are the most likely ones. Also check out Jamil's website www.mrmalty.com
