UK brewer

Hey, my name is Matt and I live near Nottingham in the UK. I've been brewing for about a year and a half and really enjoy it. I just found the radio show and love it!

No, not really - I pretty much like to try my hand at anything. My weizens have been pretty good, but so far my best brew has been a stout. I am planning to do some lagers over the winter.
