I been brewing for just past two years, and all-grain since this spring. I enjoy making lighters styles (wheats, blondes, wits, amber, reds and browns) and don't like 'em too hoppy.
I've enjoyed the brewing network and appreciate the work that's been put into it. Looking forward to the having the show archives now, becuase often I can't turn in on Sunday evening. Having the .mp3 will make it easier for me know. Thanks and keep up the excellent work!
