I just got back from a week in Seattle, WA and what awesome beer they have. Justin, you have to get the brewermaster from Elysian on a Sunday Show. His beer was awesome!

Elysian won the Large Brewpub of the Year at the GABF in 1999, 2003, and 2004.

I came back to Indiana with two huge boxes of beer. If I lived out west, I wouldn't have to homebrew... but I probably would anyway.

IMO it's the best in Seattle, although if you get a chance try to make it to the University district and go to the Big Time brewery. If they have the scarlet red on tap order a pitcher.
