Podcast whinning

Sun Jan 28, 2007 8:30 am

I am just whinning because I was nearly all the way done with last weeks show and my wife took the car and ejected my podcast cd for a 2 minute drive!

I have to fastforward through the whole show to that spot if I want to finish. Is there a way that you could break each show into 30min or even 15 minute tracks?

Can anybody point me to where I could do this for myself?

You should be able to break up the mp3 with any audio editing software. Here is a free one.....

Without question, the greatest invention in the history of mankind is beer. Oh, I grant you that the wheel was also a fine invention, but the wheel does not go nearly as well with pizza.

There's a great mac program called XMPSplit, if you're Apple inclined.

I hightly recommend Audacity. Its a bit slow and I usually run out of disk space when the show goes over 4 hours.
