There was a Sunday session where the brewer talked about bringing his barrels/fermenters up in to the mountains to start a wild ferment. Anyone recall the show/ brewery. I believe they called it the barrels in the mountains or something like that.
I got an opportunity awhile back to try their Galaxy IPA, and it was very complex. Drink it fresh and it's a White IPA, wait 6 months and the brett takes over. How cool is that.
