Well, send it in then.

I had my ESB reviewed on show #13 (I think) and one of the main (accurate) critiques was the harshness of the bittering. This morning, I found out why... Calypso has cohumulone content of 40%+, which makes "harsh" styles like Chinook seem tame. Feel like an asshat for not looking that up previously!

Cheers!
Fermenting: Brett PA, Sour, Rosemary Singel, Lemongrass Singel
Kegged: Old Ale, Calypso Saison, Tart Cherry Farmhouse Braggot, 3711 Pale, Blonde, Imperial Porter
On deck: Session Pale, BN Porter, APA, Citrus Saison, Pale Mild, Blonde

He was so friendly and nice and he put up with me for hours last night, I didn't wanna throw off his groove while he did his thang so I tried to be quiet and out of the way most of the time.

I was truly impressed with the whole experience :jnj
