Ok gang, here are the details and the status of Daniela's beer that is currently sitting in Fermenter No. 4.
The beer's temperature is 33F (or .5 Celsius)
The gravity is 3.1 Plato (1.012 SG)
The calculated alcohol by volume is 6.45%
We added 32 ounces of Perle hops in the finish and the aroma is characteristically German. I think she will approve. We should be filtering it in about 10 days. I think you are all going to like this beer. Great recipe and tasty!
