Send your clone ideas to canyoubrewit@thebrewingnetwork.com We're looking for your ideas on what beers to cover. Widely distributed beers are going to be of interest to more listeners and we're especially interested in beers where the brewer is willing to share and discuss the recipe.

put my vote down for Lovestrong!

If they do the Clone show I'd love to hear them have a crack at Victoria Bitter (VB), I think someone sent some of theis fine beverage to Justin? The whole world needs to share in this flavoursome extreeme beer

I haven't yet got into Pro Mash or the other brewing software too deep yet. Was curious if there was a way to share individual recipe info in a data file that can be imported. I know you would have to tweak the recipe it to fit your specific system

Everything I've seen to date folks dump a printout from Pro Mash (or wahtever) and post that. Or is it just easier that way to load recipes manually? Just thought it would be cool to be able to import the 80 recipes from BCS or other places.

Yes. The recipes are .rec files that can be just dropped into your recipe file in ProMash.

I guess the .rec files could be listed on some fileshare site, then you'd just have to load them into Pro Mash's recipe directory.

Northern Brewer actually provides the .rec file for all of their kits, so when you buy one you can download the recipe right into your brewing software.
