I had the same problem. Turns out that your popup blocker MUST be off for you to see it. Also, if you've ever visited it with the blocker on, you'll need to clear your cookies before trying again. (Not sure of the exact cookie name)

Also, it may be expired now. It worked Sunday afternoon, though.

Nice call, code. I don't think Firefox even barked at me about blocking the pop up. That was an interesting survery, I actually thought taking the survey was more of a pain in the ass than actually placing the ad.
