To digress... then you're not doing the parti-gyle correctly. If you make, say, a 10 gallon recipe of a moderate gravity, you'll be drawing off ~10 gallons of wort... whether that is all into one pot, or split between two with the first 5 in one, and second 5 in another, you still have everything you would have already had keeping them together. I've done over a dozen so far, both 10 gallon-2 way splits, and 15 gallon-3 way splits, all producing great beers so far... we'll see how my latest attempt using rye came out... I know my usually good efficiency was shot to hell last time (~65% instead of 75%).
Anyways... I would seriously doubt any clone recipes would be parti-gyle anyway... just wanted to say that parti-gyles are definitely a viable way to brew... just sayin'

That's not likely. Jamil has said that he doesn't do partigyle batches, b/c the second runnings beers don't meet his standards for quality. In my experience, he's right.
