I really liked the show. I've been reading The Brewmaster's Table and this show went well along with subject of food-beer pairings. With much of the information on the show being the time frame from recipe to completed beer, having topics that go beyond that end point is good "radio"

-Even if alcohol does kill off brain cells, we all know alcohol goes for the slower, weaker ones first -- making your brain more sleek and efficient.
