Never heard of calf fries, that wouldn't be anatomically correct either would it. Don't they come from Bull's. What do I know.

I have sent you a few messages Brian and have never heard back, did you get the beer I sent for FFL? UPS said it was delivered correctly, just never heard anything on your end.

Yeah - I sent you a PM earlier this week (at least I thought I did...). Got it, lasted about 6 hours - just enough to cool down. Got some headed your way as well!!

Sweet man, you didn't have to do that. I am just glad you got them, what did you think?

I love that ESB!

PM didn't work for some reason, it isn't the first one I haven't received either. Weird.

If you guys really want to try bull fries, calf fries, rocky mountain oysters or what ever you want to call them, you need to come up to my neighborhood next June. On Father's day weekend every year is the South Bend Testicle Festival. 3 days of live country music with several national acts (Brad Paisley was there 2 years ago), all the bull fries, turkey fries, and sheep fries you can stand, and of course all the beer you can drink!

Springs are great around here because there are lots of brandings. Some of the bigger outfits make a big party of it and for putting in a little work you get all the beer you can drink and all the nuts you care to eat. They usually have fried chicken for the chickens, but there is nothing like fresh fried nuts with mashed taters and gravy. Mmmmm! When I was a kid, my dad usually had a small branding and that was fun. Mort mostly got out of the milk cows and calving operation a few years ago, so now we have to buy all our calves to fatten.

In fact - that was my absolute favorite of the the three! They were all tasty but the ESB was fantastic!

This was a great show. As a former professional chef (spent the first half of my life working my way up in that field), I've always looked to match a good beverage choice with the food I prepare (even though I no longer cook for a living, it still is one of my full-time "hobbies" - you might even consider my homebrewing an extension of it.)

Be it beer or wine, the right choices enhance the meal greatly.

I also like that Justin is working to diversify the topics a bit. Keep up the great work J.
