I don't understand why they picked some of the beers. For example, Bell's Pale Ale? That is one of the few Bell's beers that I don't like.

How about having are own.
I think it would be easier with store bought beer. But if you want to enter your home brew you could.
Post what beer you are going to enter so we don't have two of the same. Buy 2 six packs of your favorite beer. send one six pack to the BN for the judging. The BN will taste each week and pick the one to move up. The one who wins the finals has all the loser send him the other 6 pack you bought. The winner will get 8,16, or 32 six packs sent to him and the BN get to drink all the losers...
