That's pretty much the boat I am in. We've spent the last year gutting and rebuilding the inside of an old building from the 1880's to build our brewery, and cause we're cheap we did most of the work ourselves.

We have our TTB lic, and should receive our NH lic in the mail next week. Tomorrow we drop 4 - 400+ pound tanks down on to our brew floor and put our 1000 pound mash tun on our mezzanine....No wonder I haven't been sleeping .

I've been trying to peek in from time to time. Life just has a nasty habit of getting in the way sometimes. Hell, I haven't even fired up the brewery in a few years. Not sure if I even remember how to use a ball valve anymore.
