I recently had a problem with a fairly expensive ($250) item I purchased from NB a couple of months ago. One day I sent them an email, the next day I spoke to them on the phone and 5 days later a replacement item arrived on my doorstep. They sent me a shipping label to return my original item. This all occurred with no hassles, no BS or any problems from NB. VERY AWESOME customer service NB. Thanks for standing behind everything you guys sell!!!

They're one of my go-to shops as well. I remember my first GABF, I walked by their booth & stopped to chat with one of the guys (don't remember if I got his name, or if I was just drunk by that point). I just said thanks & that they were single-handedly going to cause me to hold a funeral for my bank account. He laughed & threw me a free t-shirt. It's still one of my favorite shirts.

I just wanted to share some good news. All too frequently, IMHO, people never take the time to sahre when they have had good experiences. Instead they save their energy for complaining about bad experiences they've had, usually at the top of their lungs.

I agree. I've had nothing but good experiences with NB. I don't shop there often since both Adventures in Homebrewing shops are within a 30 minute drive. But when they don't have something I want NB is my go to.

Got a fairly big order from them a month or so ago. The big bottle of Iodophor had somehow frozen (cold ass weather), cracked open and leaked out a bit (thank god not on any grains). I called them the next day, and they immediately shipped me a replacement along with a complimentary NB logo pint glass. Very cool. Great company...
