Going Pro Blog

Thu Jul 21, 2011 2:53 pm

Hey all, just a heads up. I decided to start a blog that will cover my transition from homebrewer to pro. If you want to give it a look head to: http://thosewhocantteachbrew.blogspot.com/

Let me know what you think!

Thanks, the baby is doing well and I am enjoying the blog. I lost half an entry recently and it irked me, but I will have another post up by weeks end probably, depending on my brew schedule for the week.

Enjoyed reading you blog Mills. Feel like I know you better now. Congrats on the new path and the new asst. brewer. Looks like your saving about 3hrs a day drive time. Are your shifts at the brewery gonna make up for that or do do you get more time at home teaching your kids to brew?

Hows the brewhouse coming along? Are you chasing down the gremlins and getting a handle on things? The wife will be in the area in a few weeks. Are you doing the growler thing or are you packaging? Both? I would love to be able to get some pro-bn'er brew delivered to the good side of Lake Superior! Ha! :jnj

We are shooting for a late fall open. I promise to give the Shuman tour to anyone who wears the hop grenade.
