Energy Technical Specialist.
Sounds neat. Was going for my AA, now going for AS, and majoring in the above.
Looks very interesting. It will definitely help me in designing a highly efficient brewhouse!
Not to mention, I heard that one of the instructors is a homebrewer! I am going to go talk with them in a few minutes and finalize my courses for the semester.
Looks like: physics(aw fuck!), industrial safety, mechatronics, and mechanical fundamentals.

I started homebrewing while I was in college. Someone suggested I study brewing but I didn't. I wish I had now.
