Elliot Brew from Struise. It is an interesting imperial IPA. The pour was a bit yeasty, which is showing in the taste.

Drank a fresh bottle of La Fin Du Monde last night. It was awesome, I was teaching my buddy all about Bruxellensis, so we decided to open a bottle of Orval I got at a total wine and more 3 weeks back. The bottle was a month shy of being a year old, and it must have been mistreated for most of its life at total wine and more... horrible mess made of a great beer.

Drinking my HB Biere de Garde and some Boulevard Tank 7 while doing a test boil in my new 60 qt aluminum pot I got so I could do the 2 hr boil on Wee Heavy this weekend.

Tokyo Black porter from Yoho Brewing in Japan. Another great beer from this brewery. Worth trying if you ever see it.

Big House 6 year bourbon, couple dashes of bitters, two drops lemon juice, bit of sugar, honking big ice cube. Modified Old Fashioned.

Last night my brother-in-law and self proclaimed beer afficionado shared Goose Island bourbon barrel stout, Bruery Oude Tart and a 2007 vintage Rodenbach Grand Cru. Needless to say it was a good evening. Thanks Mike!
