UPDATE: Earlier this week, I received the following email from Dwight at Homebrewers Pride.

Quote:
Chris,
At the time, I was unable to respond or complete your order, due to no fault of your own. Please accept my sincerest apology to you for the frustration and anger this has caused you. I had sent you an e-mail, late as it was, to rectify this problem but it went unsent. I can understand why you might refuse this offer, but since I have your artwork, I would like to offer you a complimentary set of 4 glasses as a token of my remorse in this matter. The funds have been transferred and your refund is being processed by Pay pal, but as I stated earlier, it will take 3 -4 days from the time that I settled this problem with them for you to receive the $49.20 in your account. I entered this agreement to provide you your order without any malice or knowledge of the events that lead to this unfortunate circumstance. Again, I apologize and hope you accept my offer.
Dwight

I received my refund today and I accepted his apology/offer. I'll post photos of the glasses when received.

A very silly place... http://yarnzombie.net/Travis/

Without question, the greatest invention in the history of mankind is beer. Oh, I grant you that the wheel was also a fine invention, but the wheel does not go nearly as well with pizza.

This is just my opinion but from what I read, the guy didnt answer emails from pay pal or this guy for quite some time, and paypal reported the bank account didnt have the 40 some bucks to refund this guys cash :?

I would just guess this business had cash flow problems, hid from everyone, then lied in an email in an attempt to redeem themselves (big mistake).

Im a very forgiving soul and would posibly do business with the guy, but if I was an employee of his I would be keeping an eye on that bank account, the dudes priorities or lack therof are pretty clear to me:lol:

If they all the sudden dont accept pay pal I would be pretty leary
Cheers...John
