Submitted. Not a bad survey. However I might have liked to mention that there is a time factor associated with yeast autolysis. I feel comfortable leaving a beer in primary for a couple of months, but anything beyond the 2 month point is a big no-no, based on my extensive experience in this regard (i.e., I am an EXTREMELY lazy brewer when it comes to getting the beer bottled/kegged!). There should be a space in the survey for open-ended comments like these.
