How awesome is my wife?

Ha, you were expecting saucy pictures, weren't you?

Yesterday was my 14th anniversary :pop . We don't normally make too big a deal of it, but I did get her a small gift (a squirrel proof bird feeder, in case you wondered). Glad I did, 'cause when I got home she had bought me the following list of beverages, courtesy of Whole Foods in Austin...

Widmer : Prickly Pear Braggot, Deadlift Imperial IPA
Sierra Nevada : Kellerweiss, Torpedo
Chimay Blue
Stone Self Righteous
Green's Endeavour Dubbel
Hoogstraten Poorter
Orval
La Chouffe
Real Ale Devils Backbone
Great Divide Chocolate Oak Yeti
Ommegang BPA
Boulevard Tank 3

Beats a bird feeder eh? :drink
There are 14 brews here, one for each year, ya see.
I'm familiar with the obvious ones (Chimay, Orval and, being near Austin, Devil's Backbone); on the others I'd be real interested to hear anyones comments (other than "I want your wife...")

Yes, I was expecting some pics... :D

Notwithstanding the awesome beer I see she got you, I still need pics in order to let you know how awesome your wife is... thank you.

Sierra Nevada Torpedo is one of my favorites. I have had the prickly pear braggot and that was pretty interesting too...but quite an investment. She must really like you.

She gave you all this for a bird feeder? Imagine if you bought her something big, like a diamond ring...she'd probably buy you controlling interest in a major US Craft brewery.

Ha, enjoyed the responses guys. I was just lucky that I even got the bird feeder - it was a spur of the moment thing when I was in Lowes anyway!
She will join me in sampling these brews, which I look forward to starting once I get over this cold.

Meanwhile, may you all be so fortunate in your discovery of life partners of whichever persuasion.

One other little interesting snippet - when she was in Whole Foods she asked for assistance from whoever was their "beer nerd" to make the selection. They dutifully found the person...who was female. Way to go!
