Woo Spoetzl Brewing! Glad to see Shiner beers up there.

Say what you will about Shiner Bock, but at least I can find it in any bar in Texas (which is much better than a BMC). Not to mention the other beers in the Shiner lineup. Their kolsch is great and their new Shiner 99 (a Munich Helles) is amazing!

My nephew hangs at the Flying Saucer in San Antonio, and he tells me the Shiner Black Lager sells out as fast as they tap it.

Ah, Shiner Bock and summer afternoons at this little outdoor bar across from the UT Engineering Department. I wish I was in college again.

I was impressed with new glarus being up at #23. Not because of their ability to brew, but because they do not distribute outside the state of wisconsin. Not a bad sales volume for a single state distribution. Plus they just finished an expanded brewhouse which should be up and running now.
